1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this General Education class?
That lifelong wellness is a key part of your life, exercise is not only essential but only a part of being healthy for a lifetime, you also need to eat right, have healthy sleeping habits, healthy social skills and many more make up lifelong wellness.
2. How would you apply your answer to question #1 to your life?
To live healthy you need to be healthy. Every part of your life directly involves your health, if you do not have good health then you will not be able to properly function in you life, a healthy mind, spirit, foods, exercise routine are all key points in staying healthy.
3. How do you plan to continue to practice what you have learned here in your life?
Dancing is a great exercise, especially the Cha Cha, if i practice the moves, play a song for each dance and practice every day then i will get a good ten minutes of exercise everyday and will improve on my dance skills.
4. What were your instructor's strengths as a teacher?
I think having the notebooks was a very good idea because you could write down steps, take notes on the dances and have each of the dances at your fingertips, the notebook really helped practice at home because the steps were in an easy to understand format. It was not Dance jargon it was moves that you could easily figure out if you were stuck. Another strength about the teacher was the communication, she was easy to communicate through e-mail, she would answer the e-mails quickly, and she did not put you down or intimidate you when she was showing the moves. She was easy to understand and conveyed her ideas very clearly.
5. General ideas for improving this course.
No it was a very well instructed course.
